In India, Nepal and Bhutan, in Thaïland or Laos, paper is still made from natural resources and acestral knowhow. Besides cotton (in India), edgeworthia and mulberry provide craftsmen swith their inside bark to produce fiber, and sheets come one by one from the vat, sometimes on floating forms, which is the most ancient way. Western artists and calligraphers use often these extraordinary sheets as a support, inspiration source, or to increase the value of their works.
